you can use a shake can of somekind also, or a soft brush and get some on it and just rub it the cracks and everywhere. or just used a gloved hand and rub it on.

And don't forget to wear a dust mask. You don't want to breathe in that stuff. None of that dust and powder stuff is good for us to breathe.
