Hello all!! I am a newbie to homers. Just finished building my loft and tons of reading I am looking for a few homers to buy (youngsters, not flown), hopefully local as I am looking to avoid spending an arm and leg on shipping. I am located between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. I live in the suburbs and was hoping for white or another color that doesnt resemble the normal pigeon look, as I would assume my neighbors would be a bit easier goin if they didnt think they were pigeons lol.

Any help would be great, I have already emailed a few local clubs, but havnt heard anything bacck yet. Hopefully someone could be of some help. Thanks again!

I have never had an issue with people not liking my birds I think every one is amazed at what are feathered friends are able to do. I have my nieghbors come over on race day to watch them come home. I know Gary Bosong from lighthouse loft is in Ney York.

I wished my neighbors are all animal friendly. Most my neighbors would be fine.....its the old lady that next door that might b an issue. But either way, im not too concerned with the color too much. just would be a preference. I havnt had much luck finding any local youngsters in my area, so I cant be too picky

i have a friend there with sions theses are very good long distance bloodlines great birds but cost is alot too how much you wiling to spend
