You may get better results searching for tufted doves. That crest on their nose is called a nasal tuft. Breeding these to crested doves should eventually get you some double crested birds.

Thank you for the links. I was trying to find double crested so I could skip the step of breeding the tufted to crested.

Check out Sissy's bird colony. She's a great bird lady, reasonable prices and her ringnecks have won state championships here in Virginia. She has awesome birds!
