Missing feathers+scabs around face?

One of my pigeons has recently developed an issue with the skin on her face, particularly around her eyes. She's otherwise acting as normal (eating, drinking, no lethargy, no discharge from the eyes) but I'm not super experienced with pigeons and don't know how abnormal this is. Does anyone know what's going on here+should i quarantine her?

When did you last treat them for external parasites? Won't hurt to treat your whole flock in case this is caused by mites.

I've only had my birds for less than a year and haven't done anything in regards to lice/mites before now besides putting apple cider vinegar in their water.

Earlier one of my housemates with a little more poultry experience suggested bird mites, so I've thrown some diatomaceous earth around the entire loft and put ivermectin sheep drench in their water. (1/2tbsp per 1 gallon)

Should I be doing any kind of regular treatment to prevent this sort of thing?

You can repeat the treatment and see if this makes a difference. Moxidectin is also a good product to use for treating internal and external parasites.
