More on paints

Dear all,

I did a lot of reading on paints safe for birds as I am in the process of painting my room.
I found the paint that has less than 1 g of VOC per liter. I could not find any less.
As I am painting due to mold problem, which I cleaned with water vinegar solution, I found a paint that contains biocides that kills mold.
This paint also has very low VOC. It does not contain any heavy metals. Do you know if biocide paints are safe for birds?
It is: Jupol Citro paint.
