My Squab at 15 days

here (s)he is at 15 days old and getting feathers. Right now it looks like (s)he is going to be mostle white with grey on the tail and a couple other spots. Can I tell at this age if it will he his/her final color or not?
Sorry the pic is dark...took it last night. Will try to get a better one this morning.
