I am new and wanted to know what should I do, what medicines should I give and recognize if male or female pls help and also about what food he wants more. He/she is a wild pigeon

Also plse post a photo of the droppings. Did you put down seeds and water for him? He might be a young pigeon that has not started eating seeds yet. A photo will show if he is still young or an adult.

What is it doing that makes you think it is sick? What color are the droppings? Is it eating seeds or corn? Is it drinking? You shouldn't just throw meds at the bird, you need to kind of narrow down what the issue is to sort out which meds are needed. Searching this forum community for your bird's symptoms has helped educate us with what is wrong with our birds if they have issues as well.
