Sounds like signs of PMV-1. I'm not sure what "suiciding" is but maybe going face down? With a lot of head twisting and star-gazing? You will need to hand-feed the bird if it's not eating, this is treatable so please wait for others' advice. Also keep him warm and quiet if you can, a heating pad set on low with a towel over it is ideal.
