Brand new to pigeons. We have 15 beautiful pigeons for the past 6 months. They have two nests and one egg hatched today. So excited. Although winter around the corner...I am wondering what others do for winter for water and warmth. Thank you in advance.

Consider getting fake eggs. When the babies are about 3 weeks old, the mom will start laying the next lot of eggs. You will end up with a lot of pigeons in a very short period.

Just warm up the eggs in your armpit and replace within 3 days of the real eggs getting laid. The parents will incubate and lose interest after 18 days when they don't hatch. Then you can remove and wait for the next lot to get laid.
