New pigeon life

Everyone I know thinks I'm crazy. But I am just soo excited because the two feral pigeon eggs that i found abandoned on my apartment balcony now have blood vessels!!!
Funny how much your perspective can change in a few short days. Last week I went out to chase the pigeons away, and find these 2 eggs sitting on the concrete. And now here I am , overjoyed at the prospect of more pigeons!
On sat we did the candle test and saw nothing. I prepared myself for the worst, and then last night I couldn't resist checking one last time and there they were. So I am researching and rearranging to fit these "pests" into my home and into my life.

Are the parent birds there and sitting on the eggs? If they aren't, then the eggs won't hatch. The veins indicate that the eggs are or were fertile, but without proper incubation, there won't be any babies.

Get back to us, please, with some more information ..
