Found the dove on the ground. Eyes closed, very weak, cold, breathing very slow, sometimes breathing from mouth, and puffed up feathers. There is no slime in mouth, mouth appears to be dry, no clear injuries, and no abnormalities on body. I warmed it and gave it some sweet water, it pooped water. Does it have a chance at survival?

Have you tried giving it any food? It most likely is sick. If you don’t have any sees you can always give it some thawed green peas, you may have to gently push it down the throat and then rub the throat on the outside to encourage the peas to go down about 20-30 should do about 3 times a day. If you can find a wildlife rehabilitation or rescue that would likely be the best chance.
