Found a bird, with a broken wing. Im sure what to do about the broken wing, but he also has a really messed up mouth. Like possibly diseased. He can eat and drink...but..it looks bad. I researched mouth diseases for pidgeons however it only came up with foot and mouth stuff in google. Can u help me identify it and tellme how to heal it.

From your description I think it is likely to be canker.

Spartrix (Carnidazole) or Flagyl (metronidazole) are recommended.

Thank you for your care and concern over this bird.

Please do answer the questions and post a picture of the lesions as that would help tremendously! There is also pox going around this time of year with mosquitos on the increase and, while canker requires immediate treatment, pox required supportive care.
