She should lay the other one today, that is how they lay them.

They usually lay the second egg either between 24 to 48 hours. If they don't, it is possible that only one egg is layed and that one egg probably is double-yolked. Most of the time though you will get 2 eggs. I have experienced one of those weird ones when a very young bird forgot that she layed some egg.
