We rescued a pigeon hit by a car and it was in shock and was missing an eye, we managed to save the eye and saw no other problems except for the tip of her top beak was broken. It has been roughly a week of us force feeding her, and we try to get her to eat on her own but she refuses. I don't know what else to do, we have left her lettuce, seeds, even smaller seeds, and fruit, along with mashed fruit but nothing works. She can go a full day without eating and she refuses to even drink water. How do I help her eat on her own or what could be the problem?

Can you post a close up photo of her beak? Handfeeding defrosted green peas are much easier than feeding seeds. An adult pigeon needs about 120 to 150 peas divided into 3 meals of 40 to 50 each.
