There are two baby pigeons in by balcony and one of them has a pimple like growth near it's beak. Will it go away on its own or will he die because of this? Can I do something to help? Please suggest at the earliest.

That is pigeonpox, caused by bites from infected mosquitoes. The growth will become larger, more will probably developed. But after a couple of weeks, will start drying up and fall off. Best to just leave it, the pox will clear up by itself.

Sometimes they get the wet form of pox inside the beak, that can be deadly. They can also get secondary infections like canker that can also kill. Are the parents still feeding him? As long as he is eager to be fed, then he is ok. You can put some apple cider vinegar twice a week in the parents drinking water. 5 ml acv to 1 litre of water. That will give them a boost.
