Pigeon wings?

Do you give vitamins and calcium with added Vit D3? Might have a vitamin deficiency.

I would also treat them for feather lice as a precaution.

I do, they get a probiotic and vitamin supplement as well as hemp oil mix with their seed, grain mix. I also clean their cage out weekly.

The vet says it’s mites. He also had a small tumor on his shoulder so he removed it and said the mites got out of controlled most likely because the small tumor and stress. Other than that both birds are healthy. So he got some medicine and the vet said to keep the cage extra clean and when they’re out of the cage I can spray neem oil to be safe. Thank you everyone for your help.
