I never owned a bird but recently I have been interested in pigeons
But the problem is, as I have been researching I read that second hand smoke is really dangerous for birds, and a few people in my house smoke marijuana at the end of the day and blow it out the window. I'm Canadian so it's legal here.
So, I could just ask them to go outside and smoke it, that's no problem?
but would there still be pollutants in my house that could cause the bird respiratory damage?
How long would it take for the air in the house to clear where it was safe for birds?
It's not like there's smoke in the house it's always blown out the window but the way I was reading about it makes me feel like even that could be dangerous to their little bird lungs
