I found a pigeon in the street today, and its wings work fine, its eyes seem clear and alert, and I see no signs of infection, but its legs and tail don't move. I brought it home and put it in a box with a towel and some bread and water, but I don't know what to do beyond that. If anyone knows of a vet or someone who helps pigeons in the NYC area (preferably Brooklyn) that would be great.
