Actually there were 2 of them one of which has already died . the pigeon could not even open its eyes. I am afraid for its survival. Plz help !!! I am sure that the child is orphaned cauz i've never seen its mom on the nest!!
All i could think of is to bring it in my house and i just got some parts of its nest and made an artificial one .I have kept the bird in the nest on a small cloth. I gave him Biscuit dissolved in water but it doesnot open its beak. some time though it opens the beak yet i can't feed .. plz give some suggestions as soon as possible .. plz !!!!

The parents should be nearby, have you seen them at all? Were the babies in danger? If you see the parents you should return the baby if it is out of danger, and make sure they are feeding it, if not bring inside.

Please keep the baby warm and out of cold air drafts. The baby needs baby bird formula and needs to be fed with a small suringe, or dropper.

I am going to pull up some links for a homemade crop milk recipie.

Here is one for emergency feeding:

Here is the recipie:

If the baby is newly hatched, the eyes wouldn't be open yet.
Could it be that when you went outside, the mom was frightened off the nest?

Also, have a read of this link:

If you could get an eyedropper and give the little one some of the hydration fluid mentioned in the link (mixing instructions in link) I am sure he would appreciate it. Make sure it is slightly warmed and, kind of like baby formula, and provide heat for him would be a good start until better determinations can be made.

Good luck with him.
