Most of the time, they only way you can race is if you are a member of a club. It's much more organized and orderly. If you had a group of fanciers you wanted to 'race' against, then sure, you can. But it isn't qualified by the IF or AU as a real race unless you're in a club. But like I said, if some people are up to it, then you probably could for fun.
