Does it feel like air? Could you post a picture of it?

Must have a small air sac leak. Those will often go away on their own but there's obviously a bubble of air now under the skin. Some here would tell you that the easy way of handling that is by taking a hypodermic needle and puncturing the bubble to let the air out. Others here might tell you that's virtually illegal for you to do that and that you should take it to a vet to do it. Your choice, but it might eventually go down on its own. Do you know if it was caused by an injury like a small fall?

air bubble under the skin

thanks for the help .I did stick a needle to it and slowly took out the air ,gave it some infants tylenol and some antibotics. it looked better today going to keep giving the antibotics.:)

Hi Linda,

Tylenol isn't safe for pigeons because of its effect on the liver.

You can use aspirin, ibuprofen or metacam. This is a link to a thread on controlling avian pain, it has a link to a site that says what can be used and what the correct dosage is.
