I think my ringnecked dove is sick because he is not as vocal as before and is sittinh really poofy. I will give them 5ml:1litre of ACV from tomorrow. His droppings aren’t good either.

Hope the acv will help. Also give probiotics.
Try cinnamon, turmeric and cayenne pepper. Mix equal amounts and add a little bit to wet seeds.
Add just a pinch to the seeds. Green droppings can also indicate a bacterial infection like e-coli. Can you get hold of Betamox (500 mg amoxycillin) capsules? How much does he weigh?
Ok for that weight you need to give 15 mg in the morning and 15 mg again in the evening. So you need to empty the capsule and split the powder into the correct dosages. Take a small piece of wet bread, soak up the powder and put deep inside the beak over the tongue.

Give for 3 days and if the droppings improve and he seems better, continue for another 7 days. Keep us updated plse.
I know. Split into 4 heaps of 125 mg and then each heap into 2. You will then have 8 heaps of 60 mg. Then each heap into 4 again to get 15 mg.
It's such a cheap meds. Rather get a new one next time.
Droppings are much better. Rather wait with the meds. How is he doing regarding eating and overall behaviour?
