sick garden dove

I have a sick gaden dove , not eating,drinking very weak, pale beak, taking water by syringe, droppings are pale creamy yellow, He also has difculty with his ballance .he is currentluy in the house being kept quiet ant warm.
He was a very active yearling cock, withb amte and eggs , he has been sitting with her but my partner noticed he has not been taking his turn over the last few days, he has been sitting in a seperat compartment in the cotte.

Very hard to say really what is going on.
Is this a free flying bird? Has he come in contact with other birds from the wild?
Do you have mosquitoes? They can transmit diseases.
Last question, do you have any antibiotics?
