The doves most likely have canker (trichomoniasis). Once the canker has become severe, there is no chance of survival for the birds unless they receive help. I am not sure of what wildlife rehab facilities may be in your area, but have a look here and start calling: http://www.dfg.ca.gov/wildlife/rehab/facilities.html
