Please post a clearer and closer picture of yellowish lump/lesion. Does the lesion have an opening/wound? Could be abscess, injury, or something other. Have you looked inside beak and mouth, do you see anything other then pink skin?

Is the bird's keel/breast bone sharp? If so, the bird needs to eat.


If bird is not eating, you need to hand/force feed.

You did not answer my questions. Have you competed the basic first steps?

In my opinion, I think you need to treat the bird for canker, canker is very invasive and can kill. But make sure the bird is eating well and doing well otherwise.

I agree with Skyking. Treat him for canker. Metronidazole, 30 mg. once daily for at least 10 days, then re-evaluate. Will probably take longer.
Is seeing a vet a possibility?
