Someone else on here had mentioned using a rubber band, which I successfully did with one of my babies earlier this year. I put one snap-on band on each leg with the rubber band stretched between them. Not too tight, but just enough tension to keep its legs in the proper position. This was a very young baby, not out of the nest yet. After about a week and a half I removed the band and the babies legs are perfectly normal now.
