We need all of the information off of the band in order to possibly track the owner. Any way that you can catch the bird? Mind telling us about where you are?

Is there a chance that the band also has some lettering on it that's not immediately obvious? If there is, it may be possible to track the owner if he/she is in a club. Otherwise it would sound like a personal ID and probably not traceable. Any possibility of luring the bird onto a balcony or courtyard and catching it?
