I’ve just had this white beautiful grey and green neck pigeon arrive at my house I think it’s a Tippler I’ve been feeding it bread as it likes bread. Yesterday it fed from my hands. Not to sure what to do next he’s on next doors window frame everyday he/she comes to my garden. What do I next. Any suggestions

White bread is notably less nutritious than white rice or any type of seeds. Birds will eat bread and it does supply some carbohydrates which healthy adult birds can convert to energy, but it doesn't supply many nutrients. Raw, dry peas, lentils, barley, oats, and corn (like popcorn kernels) are much better foods for the birds.

Does the bird have a leg band?

Any signs of injury or illness? Do the droppings look weird / messy, as opposed to small, uniform, and firmly shaped?
