hello, how can i help this baby pidgeon i found today? It was lying on the ground, breathing but not moving, it must have fallen from its nest, which was directly above us in the roof of the shopping centre. he shakes his head when i tried to give him water. wont move much, if he is in pain how can i ease his suffering?

Please DON"T give the baby water. Follow the instructions in the link I am providing.
