We've been training our flock to the trap door. We put a cage in front of the door for training purposes. They all figured it out within a minute. We've repeated the process over and over again with good results. Took the cage away and placed them on the landing board. All went in without an issue. We let them out to fly the property. Do you think any them figured out how to get back in? Of course not . They all just stood onto of the attached aviary trying to get in through the netting. We had to catch them one by one and show them the trap again. Still no luck. Any suggestions? I don't want to start flying them away from home if they can't even successfully get in when just let out of the loft.
