Hello Everyone. I would like to purchase some fertile Fig eggs to be incubated and hand raised. I have experience hand feeding but I have never received eggs through the mail. If anyone can offer up any tips for shipping eggs that would also be appreciated. The eggs would need to be shipped to Westmont IL.

Any color
Name your price.
Thank you

If your wanting eggs there is no guarantee they would be fertile. The seller would have to ship the eggs before they started being incubated, therefore being unable to candle them to check. Also shipping them and having them go awhile will start to decrease the chance of fertilization , though if done fast enough can be just fine. To ship them I would place them in a jar of flour.

Have the person use lots and lots of bubble wrap! Not really any different than shipping chicken or quail hatching eggs other than pigeon eggs are more fragile. It's getting awfully hot in most of the country to be shipping though.
