Charis, I'm with you on this one. Kinda makes me want to slug him.
He's playing with his pigeon!...lol. Sorry I had to say it....looks like he's just having fun teasing the cock birds with the one he has in his hands.

I wonder just how much fun the hen he is holding was having.

The few seconds I saw of the video (had no intention of watching the entire thing) was down right disgusting. :(

I agree with Henry... Besides getting some one to buy those Birds may mean his Kids get a REAL Meal that Night. Judge NOT lest ye be Judged... Dave
i c he is showing off his males
I saw an old man do this once. He was checking to make sure the cock birds he was thinking of buying were actually cocks. He held the male in his hand (You know I was not going to use the other word for a male pigeon in that sentence!) and if the males he was buying responded, he knew what he was getting. If they did not respond, the bird was either a hen or too timid for him to purchase.
You are most likely right, but might be a Hen he is Holding. Dave

LOL...Oh LT...you might now think so, if you were the hen he is holding.:D
She got a little ride not much more than breeding activity.

...Spell it out, I really don't understand.

Uncle Buck is saying the guy he knew held a cock bird in his hand and waved it in front of other cocks to test their attitude. If they respond with the common male behavior they were good birds, if they did nothing then they were not good enough, attitude wise, or they were females. He wanted tough confident males.
