Put some neosporin cream on it and keep the bird separated from the others until it heals.

He.she will heal OK, just do what Charis suggests. Also, once healed...keep an eye on how he gets along with the other birds...he might start getting picked on again....

Just wanted to add to what Charis has suggested...

You can also brew a cup of Chamomile Tea and let it cool and do a warm compress to clean it. Pigeons heal amazingly quick. I used the compress and then followed with a layer of neosporin. The head wound healed quickly! Worked like a charm. Best of luck!!
