Worried about my rescued baby pigeon

My rescued 3-week old baby pigeon is not as active as it normally is. I have been hand feeding for about a week now with the LaFeber formula. I have been feeding it about 60ml throughout the day. About every 3 or 4 hours. Could I have overfed him? His crop was empty this morning and I fed him about 20ml of the formula. He hasn't had much energy all day and is not chirping as much today. His droppings are light green with some white in them and kinda runny, not as solid as they were before. Please help me make him better. Thank you.

That does seem like a lot of formula considering the size of the baby. How does his breath smell? Any bad odor?
Does the crop hang down or feel stretched out?
I don't think you have been overfeeding him as long as you have been waiting for the crop to completely empty before giving more food. I can understand your concern with the change in his behavior and droppings.

Can you examine the inside of his mouth? Do you see any signs of yellow cheesy looking deposits? Can you post a picture of the baby? Where are you located? We might have a member close by that can assist you.

For the time being make sure the baby is kept warm. Place him on a heating pad set on the lowest setting with a towell inbetween him and the pad. Put him a quiet place away from anything that might stress him.

You mention the crop was empty this morning.
Are you allowing the crop to empty during the day between feedings?
