Young Bird Canker

Hi there!
I am new to this hobby and I have this young bird (4 weeks old) got canker. I searched all of the possible remedies or how to cure and I was able to remove the yellowish thing on its mouth and gave him Tony’s treasure tablet. But after that day, I saw that he can’t stand or walk anymore but yesterday he was able to. Now all I can do is continue the Tony’s treasure tablet anti biotic, gave him D3, gave electrolytes and force feeding him cause he does not eat and drink. This is the 2nd day of him not walking and I am worried now that he might die. Can I do something else to help that pigeon? His nest mate is completely well and probably soon flying so I am not really sure what happened

One should not remove the growths as it can cause bleeding. What ingredients does the Tony's treasure tablets contain and what are the dosage? He needs metronidazole, ronidazole or Spartrix for canker treatment.

I do not know what’s the ingredients, but it says from jedds that it can treat canker. My question is why all of sudden it loses the ability to stand up and walk?
What are you forcefeeding him and are the food digesting? Can you post some photos of him and the droppings? Losing the ability to walk might not be related to the canker. Are you giving your birds calcium and grit?
