A member of the Mickaboo group has rescued a young pigeon in Coos Bay OR and needs to find help for it in that area. Does anyone have any resources there?

The finder has had trouble registering, so I am posting for her and have asked her via e-mail for a phone #.

Thanks for the post, Charis. I just don't know of any resources in that area either. The finder said that she had called a local wildlife group but had not heard back. I had a quick look at a map and Coos Bay is a big long way from anyone I know in Oregon.

All Is Well Here ..

I just spoke with the finder by phone, and this young pigeon is self feeding, flying, and doing well. The finders will look after it for a few more days and then release in the backyard where found.
