Balcony Pigeon babies have hopped out of flower pot

So a pigeon laid two eggs in a flower pot on my balcony. The babies hatched about 3 weeks ago. Parents are still feeding them. Everybody has been doing fine.

This morning I looked out the window to find the flower pot empty and the birds nowhere in sight. I figured they must have flown away a little ahead of schedule. But when I went out there just now to begin the process of cleaning off my balcony, I found the 2 little guys were actually huddled behind the flower pots. I tried helping them back in their pot, but they hopped right back out.

My concern is that they seem to be big enough now to hop out of the flower pot at will, but I don’t know that they can get back in. Will the mom be able to find them if they’re hidden behind the pot? What should I do?

(here’s a photo from a couple days ago for context).

Yes the parents will find them. They will squeak when the parents come to feed them. They probably feel safer hiding behind the pot. They will start becoming more active now, walking around and flapping their wings. Will start flying in another 2 weeks. Just make sure they can't go over the edge of the balcony as they won't be able to get back up.
