I do not see a band on it's leg.

 

it will be a wild feral pigeon then is it hurt or hungry need water. can you provide abit more info on the pigeon

 

Christeena01-Will you please post a picture of the pigeon you found? We are missing a white pigeon with no original band. (the ones without metal bands have a plastic band with our phone number)(they tend to un-clip sometimes) We are located in Maryland.

 

Make sure the bird has clean drinking water and wild bird seed to eat. thank you.
